Ugh, I am so tired. I am so behind. This is so stupid. But at least it’s catching me up.
Day #26 - “Two Sets of Tentacles”

LAGOONA BLUE, a sea monster girl
FRANKIE STEIN, a Frankenstein enby

(LAGOONA walks by where FRANKIE is sitting wearing a pair of tentaculous octopus sandals.)
FRANKIE: Wow, Lagoona, those shoes are boss.
(LAGOONA pauses and turns.)
LAGOONA: Oh, thanks. They have spiritual significance for me.
FRANKIE: What do you mean?
LAGOONA: Haven’t you heard the parable? Every day I walked the beach, there were two sets of tentacles in the sand as the Lord slithered beside me. But then, during my lowest hour, I looked back and saw only one set of tentacle prints. I cried out, “Lord, why have you left me now, to wriggle this darkest path alone?” And then I heard his mighty gurgle from the depths, “My child, that was when dread Cthulhu carried you.”
FRANKIE: Wow. That’s beautiful.
LAGOONA: (Solemnly) Ia, ia, Cthulhu fhtagn.
FRANKIE: Amen.
