Is Chasseur intended to have a non-native accent? Bantam says he doesn't sound French, but the use of the phrase, "how do you say" and to a lesser extent "called after" made me wonder if he's either 1) poorly affecting a French accent, or 2) actually has another kind of accent.

Regardless, I look forward to seeing more of him in the future!
