Two questions

The push function on my iPhone hasn't been working as well as it used to lately. It doesn't update my e-mail as immediately and perfectly as it was. I'm a bit miffed; now I can't use it as easily. Does anyone else with an iPhone have that problem?

I just found out the package I was expecting was supposedly delivered five days ago, and I never saw it. I don't know what the hell happened. Could it have been stolen? What should I do about this?

I don't know where your package was shipped from, but I know that happened to me once with Amazon. In that case, I contacted them and told them my package was listed as delivered and never arrived. Their response was to promptly send me a new package with their condolences, upgrading the shipping method for free.

What do you use to push sync? Exchange? Mobile-Me?

Who sent the package, and what shipping company did they use? If it was from a friend or relative, that dictates one set of possible actions, and if it was from a retailer, that dictates an entirely different set.

It was something I bought off eBay, and they used the regular USPS.

If you paid with Paypal and the issue is not resolved with the above process, you can get your money back. If you paid in another way, you may or may not be able to get a refund, but you can at least report the problem and open a case with eBay to try to get a refund.
