If you ever don't have a home for Christmas, I'll invite you to ours. We have a 9lb NY strip roast dry aging in our refrigerator right now, stuffed potatoes waiting for their second baking, pork wellingtons awaiting their fate, and all the ingredients for a vegetable ambrosia of squash, brussel sprouts, dried cranberries, nuts, and more. We strive to get our foods and drinks up to that level almost every year.
