memoria_teneo and I made came out quite well, for anyone who's wondering. We made two pumpkin and one apple. The pumpkins came out very well, though we didn't have time to chill them, and though the apple's crust never did brown, it was yummy as well! Dianna, the apple disappeared before I knew it, but I saved a good chunk of pumpkin for you. You need to at least taste the pie you made!
Today is also my belovedzapf's 21st birthday! He is away seeing his brother get married, but I hereby broadcast that I love him very much and wish him a very happy birthday, and all the legal alcohol he could wish for. I can't imagine life without you, sweetheart.
