Worry and workout
Nov. 15th, 2007 10:29 amFelt a bit out of sorts last night, but I'm rallying. Breifly became overwhelmed by the thought of the stuff that I have to accomplish today, not least among them a fairly significant piece of writing for school, and a minor vaguely-medical issue that I need to clear up. Jared helped me feel better, as always. You know, I think I rather like that boy.
On the positive side, I am resolved to resume my workout routine. I ran two and a half miles on the elliptical this morning. It was tough enough that it's clear I'm starting to get out of shape. Hamlet exhausted me so much that I got out of the habit, but I'm determined to fix that. I have recently acquired a pedometer, and I'm curious how much I walk in a day. They say you should try to get in ten thousand steps in a day for health's sake. I look like a total dork with the damn thing displayed prominently on my belt, but it might encourage me to stick to the exercise routine.
