in_water_writon this day. I hope it was a day full of the admiration and adoration you so rightly deserve.
My cake turned out well. It's a restaurant-style cake, so it's not quite as sweet as the boxed kind-- which to be honest I think I prefer, especially for the effort involved --but it is still very tasty. I'm proud of myself.
I had a nice riding lesson this evening. I should be riding at least once more before I leave, if not both tomorrow and the next day. After riding my mom and I went to the vet to make arrangements for Carmen. We're going to have things taken care of on Saturday. I'm pretty down about it, but it really is the right thing and I'm trying not to be selfish about it. I'm just glad we got an appointment for before I come back to Waltham, because I want to be with her when it happens.
