Keeping my eyes open

Suddenly I'm very sleepy. I hate when that happens; it kind of came out of nowhere and now I'm struggling a little to keep my eyes open. Not acceptable when one is at work.

Indiana Jones last night wasn't fantastic, but I enjoyed it overall. It had a different feel from the originals, and added some thing to the Indy mythos that I didn't expect. It also succeeded in making me laugh in lots of places. I mostly liked going out to it with Sheena, Alex, and Bernie. I think everyone had a good time.

I was supposed to go to my weekly internship meeting tonight, but I just got an e-mail from my boss saying it was canceled. I can't say I'm disappointed, now I won't have to scramble to get dinner beforehand, or otherwise not eat until late. I told Bernie I'd help him with a chore he has to do, but otherwise my only plan for the evening is a nap. I've been getting up early to go to the gym before work, which has been good but cuts into my sleep time. A little snooze in the afternoon might help that.

This weekend I want to have all the house stuff organized and all the packing and moving debris cleared out.

Only fifteen more days until Jared visits.
