Internship update

So my internship boss finally hired somebody who actually knows the technology he wants to use for the videos, so hopefully in the future the video-making process will go more smoothly, and I won't feel like we're both doing things that are both too technologically ambitious and not what I'm qualified for.

I had some good news on the internship front, actually. My boss was impressed enough with my last-minute rewriting of the newsletter that he's given me more solo projects. Now I've got to write a script for an introductory video that gives people new to the site an idea of what it is and how it's supposed to help you. Did the first part, figuring out what the important content to include was, today during work. I have both the regular weekly meeting conference call tonight, and a one-on-one call an hour beforehand. It's going to eat up most of my evening, unfortunately, which is not what I'm in the mood for after coming home from the day job, but hey, it's nice to get more hours. Not to mention to be singled out for more responsibility for particularly good work.

The only problem is that that I have so much to do this week, so I need the time. Need to get all my errands done before Friday, including grabbing all the groceries I need. Only three more days until Jared comes.
