Woke up this morning feeling kind of lousy. My throat is sore and my whole body is achy and stiff. Meant I couldn't get much of a workout in this morning. I've probably got a touch of something. It's not so bad, it just means that I've got to deal with being slightly uncomfortable, but there's a lot of stuff on my agenda for today, and I would have rather been at my best for it. Ah, well. I don't get sick very often, and when I do it's never all that bad.
