I just realized who/what Charlotte looks like in this picture. Amelia from the movie Treasure Planet. I've only seen the movie once, in theaters. Not even one of my favourites. But. THE RESEMBLANCE IS UNCANNY. Costume aside, especially face-shape/eyes/expression (insofar as is possible given the character is a cartoon and a highly personified cat).
