Employed!

Hail and hallelujah, I have finally found a job!

My best friend Ally, who goes to school locally, told me about a new Mexican lunch place that opened up a block away from her college. She's a friendly, adorable sort, who went in there for the great vegetarian menu, and she was like, "I love this place! I love the owner's shirt! Hey, owner, I love your place! I love your shirt! Hey, if I knew somebody who was looking for a summer job, are your hiring?" The owner said yes, so she passed the word along to me, and so I went in. They were actually pretty desperate for help, so they hired me immediately. :-) So I have a job for the summer! And it shouldn't totally suck. I start tomorrow for $7.00 an hour, and I should learn my schedule then too.
