As you may remember, my play The Triumph of Law was lucky enough to receive
a staged reading on a public access TV show called PlayCafe. It's where a ten-minute play is read aloud by actors on-camera, after which the host, the writer, and the actors all discuss it on the air. It was a great experience with some interesting people and I'm glad I did it. You can see the episode if you go to
the website here.
Patti Cassidy, the esteemed producer, has moved the project to the Boston area. She's asked me to help her cast the readings with local actors, and I was happy to accept. So I will now be seeking out the talented people I know to go on this show. We're aiming to have one show every second Monday of every month. Please let me know if you would like to be part of the pool of actors I will be considering for these readings! The first one should be going up this September, so I'll be asking people soon.
