- 2 hour-long circuit workouts

- made tilapia with broccoli in beurre blanc sauce
- made broiled hamburgers with carmelized onions and avocado with cucumber
- made eggplant and ground turkey casserole with peppers and onions
- made broiled sirloin steak with avocado and carrots
