Making dinner

breakinglight11 Tonight I learned how to make veal marsala. It was surprising quick and easy to do, and the results were delicious. I've been meaning to learn how to cook for a long time now, and even though I don't exactly have an abundance of free time now, since I'm home I figured I might as well. My mom is an incredible cook, and it'd be a real shame to not learn from her experience. Now I can make more than just pesto and apple pie. Yay!
Well, back to the grind, I suppose. Cooking is more fun.
