My tummy hurts. Not sure why. It feels kind of like a stress stomach ache, but I have no reason to feel stressed. Perhaps it's because I'm so busy.
Filmed my bit for the upcoming Home Wizard video parody of the Dark Knight. I made a fairly decent Joker, I think. My voice still isn't all that great, but I've got one more week to work on it before we record most of the dialogue. Those of you who saw me wandering around with green hair yesterday must understand that it was part of my costume. If I hear one more joke about whether the carpet matches the curtains, I'll scream. I switched to hardwood floors, so to speak, years ago, anyway. ;-) I did a good job with the makeup, I think, though I didn't love having to walk through the crowded business school in full getup from the bathroom in which I changed. I'll link you all to it once it goes up.
Got some rather bad news in that I just checked the results of King Lear's request for funding from F-Board. We asked for $3,100, it looks like we got $2,000. This is not good. The number we gave them was inflated, sure, but not by that much. We're going to have to do some serious budgeting if this is in fact all we get. This probably won't be easy, but I'm the treasuer of Hold Thy Peace and I'm pretty good at dealing with money, so I'll make sure we figure out how to make it work.
It occurs to me that my diamond shoes are too tight. Damn it.
