Damn cable

Because next week sees both move in day and the beginning of classes, my boss has given me all that week off from work. I am pleased; I could use the time to recharge, take care of some things, and of course, enjoy being with Jared again.

I'm not sure what to do tonight. I have a free evening and I'm not sure how to spend it. I could try some cooking experiment, or maybe work on Men of Respect. I guess what I should do is try to figure out how to fix the damn cable on my computer. I don't really have any idea how to do that other than to call the tech support that my dad arranged for me to have on this new machine, and I'm really not looking forward to doing that. I have a feeling it's going to be awkward, difficult for me to follow, and possibly not able to solve the problem anyway.
