This break

Took Jared to the airport today, so he could fly home to spend Rosh Hashanah with his family. I miss him already. I hope this week isn't too lonely without him. Ah, well. I should be okay, I need the days off. I will probably spend them doing me-things, such as working out, taking baths, reading, and hopefully writing. Also a number of girly things that I won't bore you or embarrass myself with. Maybe I'll take a solo trip somewhere to eat or look at things. My dad pointed out today that most times he talks to me lately I'm stressed or tired due to how busy I am. I've been dealing with issues in several quarters of my life, and though I think I'm getting through, it's been kind of lousy for my peace of mind. I went to church tonight for the first time this semester, and I'm glad I did; it gave me a nice peaceful feeling that I needed. So I'm going to honor the New Year by taking care of myself, and trying to work on some of my writing projects.
