Yeah, really. The movie of Civil War annoyed the snot out of Kate, precisely because all of this was elided so badly -- without the buildup and motivation we got in the comics, Steve just kind of looks like he's flying off the handle without good reason...

Huh, really, that wasn’t my experience of it. I thought it was a fairly clearly established liberty versus safety quandary, and I enjoyed that both parties had a reasonable perspective.

But I hope you liked the joke!
