So I did a little research when you mentioned you read the Hobbit when it first came out
Got to admit, I’m kinda impressed

BUCKY BARNES
Why didn’t you think I could read

Haha, very funny
But it was an obscure British children’s book on its first release
There were less than 2000 copies sold in America at that time
You had to have been some kind of serious literature nerd to have even found out about it

BUCKY BARNES
I guess I’m not surprised you didn’t think I had hidden depths

SAM WILSON
Guess I stand corrected
How did you even get a hold of it?

BUCKY BARNES
A librarian I knew she turned me onto it

SAM WILSON
Really? What made her tell you about it?
Did you talk about books with her a lot?

BUCKY BARNES
Ok I was trying to get a date and I read it to impress her

SAM WILSON
Haha, okay, I believe it

BUCKY BARNES
For what it’s worth I ended up really liking it
Never got that date but ended up with a pretty damn good book

Huh cool
